湖北工业大学经济与管理学院:打造“13510”“一站式”学生

为深入贯彻落实“三全育人”的工作要求,湖北工业大学经济与管理学院党委坚决贯彻落实党中央和省委战略决策部署,在学校党委的正确领导下,聚焦立德树人,践行一线规则,积极探索“一站式”学生社区建设的实践路径,充分激发师生联动、协同育人的效能,通过以点带面,连线提质的实践探索,形成了“13510”的特色建设模式。 健全“1+3”的组织体系,提升“三全”育人的支撑度。围绕“一站式”学生社区的创建目标,形成“1+3”的组织体系。1即围绕“以学生为中心、成就学生”;3即围绕“党建引领、文化塑造、社区服务”等主题主线,开展“一站式”学生社区的建设试点和探索实践,发挥党建对社区建设及学生思想政治教育的牵引作用。一是以提升战斗力为重点,突出推进学生党建的“双联双促”:即党建带团建,师生支部联动,促进支部建设与教育引领相结合,促进育人职责在基层党支部落地生根。二是以突出政治功能为重点,突出学生党建创新性示范性建设。探索实施“互联网+党建”的模式,通过对网络新媒体平台进行主流意识形态的广泛引导,打造多方位、立体化的理论学习活动场域。如组建学生党史宣讲团,以广大师生喜闻乐见的方式制作《中国共产党在武汉》系列微视频得到了光明日报等主流媒体的宣传报道;重点打造赋能“绿色”校园、擦亮青年“志愿蓝”、赓续“红色”文化的“红绿蓝”三色志愿服务行动,形成人人争当志愿者的良好氛围。

建好“1+5”的实践阵地,提升“五育”并举的融合度。围绕“一站式”学生社区的实践路径,建好“1+5”的实践育人阵地。5即通过优化社区资源,完善体制机制,将该社区建成红色信仰阵地、思政育人高地、快乐学习园地、健康成长营地、育人自育宝地,打造德育、劳育、美育三个特色实践育人品牌。学院以学生党支部获批全国样板支部为契机,打造“经诚”众创空间、学创空间、思创空间等三位一体文化 空间布局,实施“经管红树林”行动培育计划,开展“一晒二诵三听四评”特色活动,引入学生社区积分超市激励措施,不断提升学生理论素养、实践能力和社区主人翁意识。在学生实践中,围绕校内校外两个主体,拓展“红色支教”、“电商助农”、“科技兴农”等活动形式和实践内涵,形成“专业+实践”新成果。

推行“1+10”的特色岗位,提升人才培养的实效度。用好“一站式”学生社区建设平台,结合实际,在社区内推行党员先锋示范岗、疫情防控岗、社区管理岗、学工助理岗、物资管理岗、文明监督岗、学风督查岗、劳育实践岗、朋辈指导岗、安全信息岗等10个特色育人建设岗位,不断完善社区楼层长值班制、党员进寝室帮扶制、园区卫生责任包干制等制度,构建人岗相适、职责明晰的社区管理制度。应时应需对社区内岗位匹配,强化学生自我管理、自我服务的意识,增强学生实践能力,提升学生综合素质。学生在尽责守岗过程中,逐渐养成不惧苦、不畏难的品质,从社区治理到应急处突,总能在急难险重的任务中冲锋在前、勇挑重担。新冠肺炎疫情以来,大批学生志愿者响应号召,站岗测温、送餐服务、登记核查;常态化疫情防控阶段,900余名社区内学生投入志愿服务工作,核酸检测、疫苗接种、健康填报…处处都能见到志愿者的红色身影,他们聚薪成炬,守护着校园安全稳定第一线。

通过打造集党建引领、专业赋能、文化浸润、典型示范“四位一体”的“一站式”学生社区运行模式,为青年学子营造好释放自我潜能的精神家园:近3年,学院“薪火青团”助力乡村振兴社会实践队获批团中央表彰的“全国优秀团队”,管理学第一学生党支部获批第三批“全国党建工作样板支部”培育创建单位,萧栋栋青年志愿者协会获批湖北省“本禹志愿服务队”创建团体,学生国家级奖项获奖人次、扎根基层就业人数、投入创新创业人数逐年攀升,实现了人才培养质效的“提档升级”。
