【Hi-Topic】校友面对面活动是国际教育学院在“留学哈工大”品牌系列下精心打造的校友深度交流平台。该活动以留学经验分享为核心，致力于打造国际化人才培育范式。为实现这一目标，本平台立足全球胜任力培养，通过构建 “过来人 - 在读生” 实效对话机制，使校友与在校学生之间的交流更具实效性，助力在校学生更好进行学业规划和个人发展。

The 【Hi-Topic】 Alumni Face-to-Face event is a carefully designed alumni engagement platform under the "Study at HIT" brand series by the College of International Education, Harbin Institute of Technology. Focused on international study experience sharing, this initiative aims to establish a model for cultivating global talents. By creating an effective "alumni-current student" dialogue mechanism with global competency development at its core, the platform facilitates practical exchanges to better support students' academic planning and personal development.

本次【Hi-Topic】校友面对面活动邀请到两位即将毕业的优秀毕业生校友亲临现场。首先校友们会进行详细的自我介绍，分享成长历程中的关键节点。随后，校友们将传授学习规划、语言备考、科研竞赛等实用技巧，还会分享时间管理、跨文化适应、心理调适等方面的成长感悟。最后，校友们将送上对学弟学妹的暖心毕业寄语。在整个过程中，同学们可以积极互动，提出自己在留学哈工大相关方面的疑问，与校友深入交流。

The recent 【Hi-Topic】event, "Alumni Face-to-Face," was honored to feature two outstanding alumni on the verge of graduation who joined us in person. Firstly, the alumni provided detailed self-introductions, sharing pivotal moments from their personal and academic journeys. Subsequently, they offered practical advice on academic planning, language exam preparation, and participation in research competitions. They also shared valuable insights on time management, cross-cultural adaptation, and mental resilience. Towards the end, the alumni extended heartfelt graduation messages to their younger peers. Throughout the session, students were encouraged to actively engage, pose questions about studying at HIT, and delve into in-depth discussions with the alumni.

五、特邀嘉宾简介  Introduction to Special Guests：

（一）嘉宾一 Guest One

温妮（Winnie Badji），来自冈比亚，现为哈尔滨工业大学计算机科学与技术专业本科四年级学生。

Winnie Badji, from The Gambia, is currently a fourth-year undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science and Technology at Harbin Institute of Technology.

在校期间，她不仅在本专业领域刻苦学习，还通过跨专业课程和课外志愿服务，积极拓宽知识视野，展现出对综合学习与跨文化交流的高度重视。她曾担任【Hi-Touch】助航社团学习部副部长，带领团队推动中外学生互动交流，组织学术辅导课程，并统筹中文语言实践安排。她同时也是学院的中英文翻译志愿者，致力于促进国际生之间的沟通与理解。未来，她计划回到冈比亚，在数据分析领域工作一年，积累实践经验后继续攻读硕士学位，进一步提升专业能力。

During her studies, she has not only excelled in her major but has also actively broadened her knowledge horizon through interdisciplinary courses and extracurricular volunteer services, demonstrating a strong emphasis on comprehensive learning and cross-cultural communication. She served as the Deputy Minister of Learning in the 【Hi-Touch】 Navigation Club, leading the team to promote interaction between Chinese and international students, organizing academic tutoring courses, and coordinating Chinese language practice arrangements. She is also a volunteer translator for both Chinese and English, dedicated to promoting communication and understanding among international students. In the future, she plans to return to The Gambia to work in the field of data analysis for a year, accumulating practical experience before continuing her master's degree to further enhance her professional capabilities.

（二）嘉宾二 Guest Two

索菲亚（SERGIENKO SOFIA），来自俄罗斯，现为哈尔滨工业大学建筑学专业本科四年级学生。2025年9月在哈尔滨工业大学建筑学专业攻读硕士学位。

Sofia Sergienkosofigia, from Russia, is currently a fourth-year undergraduate student majoring in Architecture at Harbin Institute of Technology. In September 2025, she will pursue a master's degree in Architecture at HIT.

在校期间长期参与中俄文化交流与大型国际活动志愿服务，曾担任东方经济论坛、中俄博览会等活动的中俄翻译与组织志愿者。2025年，作为第九届哈尔滨亚洲冬季运动会志愿者，参与接待与保障工作，积累了丰富的跨文化沟通与志愿服务经验。同时积极参与国际教育学院与建筑与设计学院各类文体活动、实践项目及语言交流活动，曾获“优秀学生干部”荣誉称号，荣获第一届“汉韵新师”国际学生讲师竞选大赛一等奖。

During her studies, she has long been involved in Sino-Russian cultural exchanges and volunteered for large international events, serving as a translator and organizer for events such as the Eastern Economic Forum and the China-Russia Expo. In 2025, as a volunteer for the 9th Harbin Asian Winter Games, she participated in reception and support work, accumulating rich experience in cross-cultural communication and volunteer services. She has also actively participated in various cultural and sports activities, practical projects, and language exchange activities organized by the College of International Education and the College of Architecture and Design. She has been awarded the title of "Excellent Student Cadre" and won the first prize in the "Han Yun Xin Shi" International Student Lecturer Competition.
